About Jackson Heating & Cooling

Family-run HVAC built for clear answers, not pressure.

Jackson Heating & Cooling exists for homeowners who want the issue explained before they approve the work. A simple standard runs every job: diagnose first, review the options, put the price in writing, and do clean work inside the home.

The story

A newer company,
not new to the trade.

Jackson Heating & Cooling started in February 2024 — but Riley did not start learning the trade in 2024. The business is built on a decade of hands-on HVAC and gas experience and dual Red Seal credentials.

The company is family-run, with Rebekah and Riley's mother active in the business. That involvement matters because residential HVAC is personal: someone is coming into your home, making a recommendation, and asking you to trust the price. Jackson is built to make that decision clearer.

The focus is residential HVAC and mechanical-room work across Edmonton, St. Albert, and Sherwood Park: furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, hot water tanks, tankless water heaters, water treatment, gas fireplaces, gas lines, indoor air quality, smart thermostats, and maintenance.

Service standard

What it means on
a real service call.

The point is not to sound different from other HVAC companies — it's to make the homeowner's decision easier before repair, replacement, or installation work begins.

Diagnosis before replacement

The first job is understanding what failed, what can be repaired, and when replacement is actually worth pricing.

Written price before work

Repair or installation work starts after the number, scope, and practical next step are reviewed.

Home protected during work

Reviews mention floor protection, sweeping, vacuuming, and work areas left clean.

Family-run accountability

The company stays personal as it grows, without pretending one person is on every call.

Certified, covered & accountable
